We want you to wear your colors with pride, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all authentic FC Barcelona merchandise. Please note that personalized jerseys and final sale items are ineligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, mint condition.

• 3.
  Ship to the Camp Nou Warehouse

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
